Synopsis

¡Muy Caliente!   Work out: 6x400m

Hardy and Vardaman ran in the middle of the pack between 1:20
and 1:27. Corley and Rob were faster. Ches' survived.
Kari Elliott was conspicuously absent.

Synopsis

HHTC members Barber and Vardaman arrived first and completed
5x200m, 11x400m and 1 fast mile. Later HHTC prez showed up after
flying 3,000 miles back from Hawaii. A cool down around downtown
and campus followed although there was no cheerleading camp
being held this week.

Synopsis

More like the "House of Mild Discomfort." Workout consisted of
2x800m as Hank Hardy is tapering for a marathon this weekend.
John Vardaman had no complaints as he is nursing a minor groin
injury.
